Grand Development of Rome is a Commercial and Residential real estate development company. Founded in 2010. Our entry into the market was the purchase and renovation of the historic Grand Hotel. This was the largest and most successful project to date in the City of Rome involving a partnership of public grants and private funding. A nearly one million dollar project, this property has become the cornerstone of the East Rome Revitalization project.
